Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Greenery Store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy


Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within the same day up to 2 business days if you order on our website. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Orders coming from our Lazada or Shopee store will be delivered within 5 - 8 days.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

DELIVERY OPTIONS AVAILABLE:

1. Pick up
2. Same day delivery through express courier (Mr. Speedy, Lalamove, Grab, your choice of courier)
3. If you are outside Metro Manila, we will send via a logistic company or any logistic company of your choice.

Return & Exchange Policy

The Greenery Store will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer as long as the return or exchange is initiated within 21 days of the order ship date.  

 

For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 21 days from the receipt of the original order.  Please note, refunds are exclusive of shipping costs. Items exchanged after 21 days from the receipt of the original order will be charged for the cost of return shipping. Items must be returned with all The Greenery tags still attached and must be in their original packaging.

 

How to Return or Exchange Your Order:

 

We offer FREE ground shipping for all returns and exchanges as long as you use the pre-paid return label we provide after you contact our customer service team.

 

If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, you must return the original item and purchase the new item separately.

Request a return on our website, and print the provided return label. Affix the label to the outside of the shipping box.

 

Drop off the package to our flagship store address with any Carrier driver. If a carrier is not available in your area or you prefer not to use it to return or exchange your items, you can use any other trackable method, at your expense.

 

Please ensure the package for the full retail value of the shipped products, as we will not be liable for any damage incurred in transit.

Once we receive your package, we will process your return within 5 business days.

 

Refunds:

 

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment where the same credit card used for the purchase will be credited with a refund. While we process returns within 5 business days from the day we received the items, card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.
